Prof. Anne Syomwene Kisilu is currently the Dean, School of Education, Moi University.

She previously served as Chair, Department of Curriculum, Instruction & Educational Media.
She is a specialist in Curriculum Studies.
She has published many papers in refereed Journals, books and book chapters.

She has supervised many doctoral and masters students to completion.

She is a member of Kenya Association of Educational Administrators & Managers (KAEAM).
She has facilitated many educational conferences and workshops and is a member of Board of Management for Kakamega School and Moi University secondary school in Kenya.
She has served as department’s examinations officer, coordinator in Teaching Practice and coordinator in Moi University satellite campus.
She teaches several courses to undergraduates and postgraduates; and has taught in High Schools and Teacher Training College
