Jacob Yego is a Lecturer in Finance and Accounting at the Department of Finance and Accounting. He is currently pursuing his PHD in Finance and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (First Class). His research interests are mainly in the areas of CSR, Corporate Governance and Financial Markets. He has published several papers in both local and international journals and has also participated in several national and international conferences. He has served as head of PSSP, head of Industrial attachment and linkages for the department of Hotel and Hospitality and Senate Representative for the School of Tourism, Events and Hospitality Management. He has supervised numerous senior projects for students at the department of Hospitality management. Mr. Yego is an associate member of, Association of Hospitality Professionals and Practitioners in Africa (AHPPA). He is passionate about mentoring students towards achieving both academic and career aspirations. |
