Ms. Gloria is a graduate with a bachelors degree in Business management and a masters degree in Strategic Management from  Moi University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Strategic Management (Dphil) at Moi university. She has worked as a part time lecturer at Mt. Kenya university and University of Eldoret and is currently working at Moi University as a tutorial fellow in the department of Management Science and Entrepreneurship, School of Business and Economics.

She is currently the Exam Coordinator and an ISO champion in the Department of Management Science and Entrepreneurship.

She is a member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
