Paul Kiarie is an Assistant Lecturer of Oral biology, Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry in the department of Paediatric dentistry and Orthodontics in the School of Dentistry. He is a registered dentist with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council and a member of the Kenya Dental Association, North Rift Branch.

He is a holder of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing Master of Dental Surgery Degree in Paediatric dentistry and orthodontics in Moi University since 2019. His research interests include, oral biology, early development, early orthodontic treatment, preventive and interceptive orthodontics and paediatric dentistry.
