Simon is a senior Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy, Religion and Theology at Moi University, Kenya. He holds a PhD in Religious Studies. His area of interest is Sociology of Religion. He is an active member of the African Multiple Cluster Center of Excellence, of the University of Bayreuth, Germany, the R.S. Learning and R.S Morality of Moi University section. He is also an active member of the Christian and Scientific Association of Kenya (CSAK) and a member of CODESRIA. He has been involved in supervision and examiner of postgraduate students. Simon enjoys reading and writing on topics in sociology of religion.
