An external examiner for Baraton Univeristy School of Business. A member of the Board of the School of Graduate Studies (BSGS). A member of the Institute of Gender Equity, Research and Development (IGERD)). An associate member  at the Institute of Human Resource Management -Kenya and also a  member of the Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) Alumni Association. Have been a Board of Management (BOM) of Kaibos secondary school and Talau Secondary school.
