Brendah is a lecturer in the department of Tourism Management. She started off her career in 2009 having completed her masters in Development studies. Her interests shifted to Tourism Management when she started pursuing a Doctor of philosophy degree and focused on Human Resource issues. Specifically, she is interested in the young employees in the Tourism industry. In the process of this academic journey, Brendah has learned and applied both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She currently teaches Human Resource Management, Communication and Sustainable Tourism Management. She is the departmental coordinator for the diploma program. Brendah is a member of the Forum for African Women in Education (FAWE, Kenya). |
