Consultant: Business Development: Offered strategic advice and direction on the business start – up, business skills training for youth groups on a joint project of Cornell University, SC Johnson Inc. and Carolina For Kibera and International NGO based in Kibera slums Nairobi Kenya. The program was based on the philosophy of Base of the Pyramid protocol approach which is guided by the vision of an inclusive capitalism, one in which the corporate sector prospers by engaging local communities in the co-creation of business models that simultaneously generate economic, social and environmental value October 2005 – May 2006

Consultant: Micro Enterprise Development: Carried out a micro enterprise pre-study in south Nyanza province, Kenya commissioned by Maranatha faith Assemblies East Africa (MFA) intended to assess the need of a micro finance Scheme and if so advise on how MFA can set up one. April – July 2004

Consultant: Participated on a Participatory Action Research on Youth and HIV/AIDS In Kenya and Uganda: A Multi site study commissioned by SOMA – Net in Collaboration with faculty of social Sciences and social Work and administration – Makerere University, Department of Community Health, University of Nairobi, World Vision Kenya, Family Programs Promotion Services, Anglican Church of Kenya, Family Planning association of Uganda and AIDs information Centre – Uganda Funded by SIDA/SAREC January – December 2003 . A household survey in Maragua and Kirinyaga Districts of Central Kenya.

Consultant: Family Programs Promotion Services Commissioned to carry out a book review on corruption in Kenya and develop a hand book to be used in training in corruption and governance related issues, May 1999 Set up the national anti-corruption advisory group to give strategic direction to FPPS on the implementation of the anti- corruption program, February 2001

Researched and documented a Ford Foundation funded study on the Disposition of Donor Funds for HIV/AIDS projects in Kenya within the period of between 1995 – 2000. June 2000 – December 2001
