I am a finance management expert. I am good in business acumen; I have analytical ability, and organizational skills. I am proficient in several computer packages such as MS word, excel, UNIX, power point.

I am a member of Kenya Institute Management. I am a member of Marketing Society of Kenya. I am external examiner of the department of finance for Makerere University Business School.I am external examiner for the department of finance for Catholic University Eldoret Campus.

I have contributed extensively to the strategic plan of catholic Diocese of Eldoret from 2016 to 2018 both in crafting the master plan, training of priests and Christians on the implementation of the strategies..

Achievements

I participated in the growth international collaborative relationships in the School of Business and Economics of Moi University in 2010,2011 , 2012 and 2013.

2010: High Altitude Training Centre: I lead a team of 12 students from Hogeschool Utrecht Netherlands and School of Business and Economics Moi University in a business plan writing for Lorna Kiplagat Academy in, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

2011: Sing’ore Secondary School; A review of solar, water and health management system and made recommendations for implementations to the school.

Poland. I accompanied 3 Moi University students of Business to participate in ERASMUS business conference and competition.

2012: Sing’ore Secondary and Kapnyeberai Girls School. I coached our undergraduate students to train high school students in idea generation for business and writing business plan for funding.

2013: Hogeschool Utretch and Moi University School of Business student exchange. I prepared and supervised two Moi University students of Business on studies abroad. Both successfully graduated with double degree.

2014: Linkoping University, Sweden Collaborative Research with Moi University School of Business on Gender and business enterprise management.

Kelley Business School Indiana University and Moi University School of Business and AMPATH project on strategic management for sustainability of small and medium enterprise.

Others: As a manager of Alexander Forbes Pension Department I oversaw growth of over 50% new business over a period of 6 years and improvement in service delivery, trustee training in the advent of RBA regulation. In 1998 at Alexander Forbes I was part of the team that innovated the pension trustee liability insurance policy.
