Japheth C. Kipkulei is a Tutorial fellow in the department of pathology, thematic section of haematology and blood transfusion. He is a member of Kenya Medical Association and African Society for Blood Transfusion. He is also a reviewer with Institutional Research Ethical Committee of Moi University. He also serves as peer reviewer for Health Journal. He was awarded a certificate of recognition as the best student during his MPH course.
