About Me

I am a law lecturer at Moi University. I hold Master of Laws Degree (LL.M program on International Human Rights Law and HIV in Africa) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, member of the Law Society of Kenya and a member of International Commission of Jurists –Kenya Chapter (ICJ).My main research interests focus on children’s rights, security and counter-terrorism, international human rights law and constitutional law. I am also the Vice Secretary of the Association of Child and Family Lawyers, and an active member of legal aid programs that reach out to the indigent. Additionally, I am actively involved in coaching of the law students who participate in national and international moot court competitions.
