A journalism and media studies scholar and a registered member of the Media Council of Kenya (MCK). Currently, the timetabling and examinations coordinator in the School of Information Sciences (SIS). Served on among others, the following committees in SIS: curriculum review committee on the Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Media Studies, exemptions/credit transfer committee. Published in internationally recognized journals.
