Grace Chelimo Barno is a tutorial fellow in the department of educational management at the School of Education, Moi University. She holds a BEd (Arts) and MEd (Economics of Education) degrees from Moi University and is presently waiting to defend her PhD thesis at the University of Eldoret. Before joining Moi University, Grace served as a high school teacher, Head of department, deputy principal and principal with the Teachers Service Commission, Kenya. At Moi University, she has served as a course coordinator and teaching practice coordinator in the Iten-Baringo Zone. She is currently the departmental Timetabling and Examination officer and the Integrity Officer of the School of Education. She is a member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM)
