Dr. Fredrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and a Master’s degree in Endodontics from the University of the East, Philippines. He has over 10 years of experience in general dentistry, working at two different government hospitals in Kenya and equally serving with distinction as the head of department. In addition, he worked at as a part time dentist at a private ultramodern dental facility for the same duration. Dr. Weboko has published a number of research articles in peer-reviewed articles, received several awards and made presentations both locally and internationally. Since 2014, Dr. Weboko has served as an assistant lecturer in the department of Conservative dentistry and Prosthetics, at Moi University School of dentistry, Kenya. His main areas of research interest include; Vital pulp therapy, regenerative endodontics, Endodontic microsurgery and dental education. He believes that the teaching systems that dental schools employ have a great impact on the transformation of dental students to clinicians. The teaching and learning of the art and science of dentistry is far much different from other disciplines. |
