Biography

Dulo Nyaoro is a Senior Lecturer/Researcher in the Department of Political Science, Moi University and Coordinator Peace Institute. Qualifications include BA degree in Political Science, Moi University and MA in Migration Studies from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and currently finalizing PhD in University of Johannesburg. Nyaoro specializes on international migration and human displacement and has conducted extensive research on displacement in East Africa, and the Horn of Africa. He has published widely on migration and refugee issues in Kenya and the horn of Africa. He is currently the Lead of LERRN Kenya Geographic Working group. Research interests include development and migration, human rights, African politics and governance, Peace and Conflicts studies.
