About Me

Tobias Otieno Odongo is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Literature, Theatre and Film at Moi University’s School of Arts and Social Sciences (SASS), whose areas of specialization are Creative Writing, Oral Literature and Literary Theory. He completed his undergraduate and post-graduate studies in the University of Nairobi in the early 1990’s, and has since then been teaching creative writing, oral literature and literary criticism in various institutions of higher learning. Among his publications are Emerging Patterns for the Third Millennium (Drama/Theatre at the Equator Crossroads) (KDEA), The Missing Links (A Novel) (EAEP), poems anthologized in among others Echoes Across the Valley (EAEP), Counterpoint and Other Poems (Oxford), Journey into Madness and Other Poems (Utafiti), and short stories anthologized in The Doomed Conspiracy and Other Stories (EAEP).
