DR. NAOMI CHEPKORIR KOSKE

Dr. Naomi Chepkorir Koske, Ph.D., is the Chair, Accounting and Finance Department at Moi University, where she manages and oversees the coordination of departmental activities, manages resources, and provides leadership to a team of 38 employees and has held various other positions and responsibilities ranging from quality assurance to program coordinator among others. Dr. Koske is also a lecturer of Finance and Accounting at the School of Business and Economics and has taught, developed and reviewed curricula, and supervised postgraduate students to graduation.  She is a highly skilled finance and accounting expert with extensive experience in research, grant and proposal writing, business coaching, curriculum development and review, program management, audit and investigation, financial reporting, and analysis. As an accomplished researcher, Dr. Koske has won prestigious grants and published in scholarly journals, and presented papers in both local and international conferences. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) of Kenya and holds French (Delf A2) certification. With expertise in data analysis using STATA, SPSS, and E-Views, Dr. Koske possesses exceptional leadership, coordination, and team management skills, coupled with excellent networking, administration, and financial analysis skills. Throughout her career, Dr. Koske has demonstrated her ability to work independently under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and produce results. She has also effectively managed change, facilitated the shift to blended learning, and upheld ISO 2009-2015 quality assurance standards. With her passion for building great organizations and churning out research-based knowledge that matters, Dr. Koske is an asset to any organization she joins.
