Professor Chrispinus Mulambalah is an associate professor of medical parasitology in the school of medicine, Moi University (Kenya). He holds PhD and MSc degrees in Parasitology and BSc degree in Biology with over 28 years’ experience in administration, research and teaching at various Universities in Kenya. He has extensive research expertise and widely published in biomedical sciences specifically in infectious diseases. Over the years, he has made worthwhile contributions to the education sector and the scientific community through various engagements such as:- consultant for the Commission for University Education (Kenya); Research grants peer reviewer for the University of Rwanda (Rwanda); AuthorAID international and local student mentorship; External examiner in several universities; Reviewer for various journals including Journal of Public Health and Epidemiology (JPHE), East African Medical Journal [eamj] (eamj@kma.co.ke), Rwanda Journal of the National University of Rwanda; Journal of Parasitology Research (JPR). In addition, he is an active member of the Association of Kenya Medical Laboratory Scientific Officers (AKMLSO), Association of African Biomedical Scientists (AABS) and African Society for Laboratory Medicine (ASLM).
