Title of masters thesis: Realisation of High Speed Quasi-Monolithically Integrated Circuits.
Average written thesis grade: 1.0  Overall average grade: 1.7  (Key: 1 = Excellent, 2 = Good, 3 = Satisfactory, 4 = Pass)

Thesis dealt with the integration of faster electronic devices, e.g. GaAs transistors in silicon substrate to realise faster high frequency circuits in a newly developed quasi-monolithic integration technology. Worked in a 400m2 clean-room facility for this project. Carried out mask design, lithography, etching, deposition and lift-off processes.
