My research interests are on the economics of production and marketing, value chain analysis, policy research, development economics and resource economics. I have carried out research in beef cattle marketing in Baringo and Uasin Gishu counties, research on institutional management at the Horticultural Crops Development Authority, Economics of Cocoyam Production and Marketing in the Lake Victoria region and the Economics of Production and Marketing of Bambara Groundnuts in western Kenya.
