Timothy Sulo is an Associate Professor and former Dean, School of Agriculture and Natural Resources in Moi University and a visiting Scholar, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, National Aviation University. He earned his Ph.D. (Agricultural Economics & Resource Management) in 2005 in Moi University, Kenya/ University of Hohenheim, Germany {joint Program}. He has recently mentored more than twelve (12 Ph.D. [Doctorates] and more than forty [40] Masters Postgraduate Candidates in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Business Management, Tourism and Hospitality Studies. He previously served Spearheading Moi University Exhibitions for seven years (7), Coordinator for Moi University, Kitale Campus, Postgraduate Coordinator, Moi University, External Examiner of Egerton University among other Agricultural institutions in Kenya. He was also a team player in shaping up the current Moi University Farm strategic plan that is under implementation.

He has previously partnered with several organizations such as Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Interchurch Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO), Netherlands, and Centre for Environmental Economics and Policy in Africa [CEEPA], Toyota Tsusho Fertilizer Africa (TTFA 2016), African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) 2017 and Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) in implementing various research training and development activities in Kenya.
