The lecturer is a 40 year old Kenyan, a Bachelors and Masters graduate of Moi University, currently in third year of PhD in Tourism Management. Scholarly work is generally in tourism management, specifically in wildlife and community tourism. He is a member of several tourism and hospitality-related associations including ATLAS, Ecotourism Kenya, and Wildlife Clubs of Kenya.
