Am a full-time faculty member/lecturer of educational management and leadership at Moi University, mainly focusing on concepts of administration, management and policy matters in education. Besides being a consultant on policy issues and their implications on the marginalized groups (the Disabled), of particular interest is to explore digital platforms and their influence on teaching and learning processes in the post COVID-19 era among persons with disabilities in learning institutions.
