Twenty five years of training and capacity building, economics and human resource development research, and development work. Managed many staff in the University and delivered positive results during my stint as Head of Department of Development Studies and Dean of the Institute of Human Resource Development. These include increased student enrolment and new programmes. Good analytical skills supported by effective use of SPSS and STATA as well as Excel and ODK. Member of the Kenya National Academy of Sciences, African Association of Agricultural Economists, African Crop Science Society and Agricultural Economics Research Association of India.
