Biography

Jacquiline Ondimu is a lecturer in the department of Literature, Linguistics, Foreign Languages and Film Studies (LLFL&FS) specialized in teaching courses in Applied Linguistics and Communication. She is a competent educational professional with a teaching experience of over 20 years both at the university and tertiary level. Ondimu is involved in teaching and mentoring undergraduate students. She has held various positions such as examinations coordinator, Linguistics Media and Communication (LMC) programme coordinator and coordinator of the undergraduate research projects committee at the departmental level. Ondimu has published in refereed journals and presented papers in various conferences. She is a founding Member of Language Association of Eastern Africa (LAEA) and currently pursuing her PhD in Applied Linguistics.
