Dr. Joyce Kurgat is a lecturer at Moi University, School of Education, Department of Educational Management and Policy Studies.  She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Planning from University of Eldoret, an M.Phil. in Educational Planning and a Bachelors in Education from Moi University. Joyce is an author or coauthor of a number of papers in international refereed journals and conference contribution. Her research is situated in the field of educational planning. She teaches Educational Planning and Economics both at the graduate and undergraduate level.
