Course Description

This module introduces you to the public relations strategies currently applied in the travel industry. The history, evolution of Public relations and theories will be analyzed. Further, the communication skills with employees, customers in the travel business, communication with skills with other stakeholders, the general public and the different levels of organizational management in business operations will be discussed.  Public relation strategy formulation, changing of business vision of intuition into definitive plans, project fundraising procedures, employees and customer satisfaction will analyzed. Practical methods of value clarification sound ethical decision-making and setting ethical policy to real situation at work, communication vehicles opportunities to present ideas in writing, seminars presentations and to defend in debate will covered in the module.
