Mr. Magugu is a Tutorial Fellow at Moi University, Eldoret Kenya. He holds a BA Kiswahili, MA Kiswahili (Translation) and is currently a PhD candidate at Moi University. He has a passion for languages, Translation studies. His research bias is towards Text Manipulation in Translation, Audiovisual Translation as well as Literary Translation. He has served as a member of the taskforce for the translation of documents for various organizations such as the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission of Kenya (EACC), as well as the translation of the Standing Orders of the national Assembly of Kenya into Kiswahili.
