3. Consultancy: - Offered strategic advice and direction on the business start up, business skills training for nine youth groups on a joint project of Cornell University, SC Johnson Inc. and Carolina For Kibera and International NGO based in Kibera slums Nairobi Kenya. The program was based on the philosophy of Base of the Pyramid protocol approach which is guided by the vision of an inclusive capitalism, one in which the corporate sector prospers by engaging local communities in the co-creation of business models that simultaneously generate economic, social and environmental value. Designed and implemented an accountability and business management structure for the new enterprise Community Cleaning Service (CCS) Analyzed such problem areas as organizational, personnel, forms design and functions, systems procedures and policies to determine modification or improvements for coalition of young entrepreneurs, a business company made up of nine youth groups present in three urban slums of Nairobi, Needs assessment/ business diagnosis for Maranatha faith assemblies East Africa on a micro finance scheme, Performed a needs assessment to identify training needs and evaluated program implementation process, generation of a Gap analysis report, evaluation report and their presentation, Developed and put in place a Monitoring and evaluation Framework for Niaje initiative and FPPS governance program.
