Dr. Molly Awino is a Kenyan citizen currently a Lecturer in the Department of Management Science and Entrepreneurship, School of Business and Economics of Moi University - Eldoret, Kenya.  Molly holds a Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Management, Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and a Second Upper Bachelor of Business Management degree Human Resource Management Option all from Moi University, Eldoret. 

Molly has considerable work experience having  provided HR consulting services to public and private organizations in developing HR Policy Manuals including recruitment, promotion, induction and employee relations, training needs assessment, training and mentoring human resource policies.
